files not getting generated with bison 1.75

hi,

There seems to be some problem with latest version of bison (Version 1.75)

The following command is suppose generate a header and source file, but
it's not happening!!! (This was working fine with bison 1.35)
Can somebody tell me what could be the problem.
Bison -d --debug -l -p"glbSipParserVia"  Via.y -bVia
