When given a completely empty (0 bytes) file as input, CVS bison blows
chunks. It _tries_ to complain about a premature 'end of file', but
explodes while trying. I didn't dive in due to time contraints, but
it seems to be caused by a bogus location being used in
gram_error/complain_at.
(BTW, is it just me who has real problems with the GNU CVS servers
today?)
