The last djgpp port was of Bison 2.4.1 (dated 2008);
the port is dated more than two years ago

Given Bruno's comments and this history, I wouldn't worry about
continuing to support djgpp. If djgpp developers come to us later
and provide patches, we can resurrect the port.
