[Bug classpath/24618] equals method for collections

1. Well Sun's implementation is argubly not incorrect, since in this case the
"contract" of equals is not followed (objects must be equal to themselves).

2. Existing non-well formed code may break if such a change was to hit the API.

3. From my understanding compadibility with Sun's code is desirable.

4. Getting a change (this one in paticular) to classpath is much easier then a
change to Sun's code.

In any case such compliance/non-compliance should be documented.
