[Bug swing/25373] New: top level window is too narrow

Unfortunately I don't have a simple test case for this.
You must first download 'netx' from http://jnlp.sourceforge.net/netx/
Then run:

jamvm -jar ~/netsrc/java/webstart/netx-cvs.jar -nosecurity -jnlp
http://irate.sourceforge.net/webstart/stable/irate-client-swt.jnlp

(Note that -nosecurity is required to work around a different bug.)

This will bring up a window that shows the download progress.  For me
this window is very narrow; I have to resize it to see the contents.
