[Bug swing/25822] New: table colums resize problem

I have a table inside a panel inside a reizable window. The table has two
columns.
On resize of the window, the table resizes. There are artifacts in the resizing
of the colums and the table title header: They might resize differently and the
header might get a small blank space at right before the first table column
title.
