[Bug classpath/25974] New: Float to string conversion

The following program outputs 1.0E8 using the Sun JRE. Using GNU classpath, it
outputs (bizarrely) 1E+08.0

public class FloatTest {
    public static void main(String[] args) {
        System.err.println((float)100000000);
    }
}
