[Bug swing/27461] New: Incorrect behavior for ImageIcon(URL url)

The Sun API doc says : "The icon's description is initialized to be a string
representation of the URL.". Whereas in classpath the doc says : "[...] without
any description set."
The description should be the same as in SUN implementation, probably
url.toString().
