[Bug classpath/27580] New: classpath tools binaries should not be installed as-is under $(bindir)

Currently, this report concerns the appletviewer, jarsigner, and keytool tools
binaries, but it also applies to any future binaries.

If the binaries are going to be installed in $(bindir), this is fine, but they
should be installed with some other name, e.g., gappletviewer, gjarsigner, and
gkeytool.

This will prevent package manager file conflicts, overwriting files from other
Java distributions, and most importantly, will allow the tools to use used as
part of the JPackage alternatives system currently used in most Linux
distributions.
