[Bug swing/27949] New: JTextArea mouse wheel scrolling only scrolls down

Run the free swing demo and select the TextArea demo. Enter some multiline text
into one of the text areas (e.g. via copy-paste from an editor, or press
newline multiple times) until the vertical scrollbar appears.

The vertical scrollbar works, but mouse-wheel scrolling only scrolls down,
never up. Mouse-wheel scrolling does work on the JTree demo and raw mouse-wheel
events also work, so that the problem seems to be specific to JTextArea.

PS: at least one of the several textareas used in the demo should probably
contain some longer text from the start instead of just the boring "Hello
world". Even the GPL text would be better than nothing...
