[Bug classpath/27988] New: Installation dir of libgcjwebplugin.so

Currently libgcjwebplugin.so gets installed into $prefix/lib which is /usr/lib
on any linux distro that uses /usr as prefix. libgcjwebplugin.so is no real
shared library. Its just a web browser plugin without SONAME and so on. I would
propose to move the library to $prefx/lib/classpath.
