CC++ 2 home page

[Federico Montesino Pouzols]

        I have updated the cc++ page. Does anyone think that we should
include any additional information or fix there? Suggestions?

        Yes, I know, we should compile a list of people who have helped
for the last months in order to update the contributors list and the
THANKS file :)
