URLStream patch: add proxy-authorization

In attachment sent a diff-files for class URLStream.
Now URLStream support only a server authentication, and it's not
possible to work with proxies, which require authentication.

This patch make possible to use Basic proxy-authentication.
Add two methods for specifying user name and password.

P.S. I'm not a unix-guru-developer, and may be paches shuld be
formed in some other format, or it's ok?
