Do people still use that OS?
I seem to remember that NEWS-OS (Sony?) was nearly nonexistent
8 or 10 years ago. They were also responsible for my writing
some horrible hack wrt EXIT_FAILURE or EXIT_SUCCESS.
On that system (maybe not the same release), one of those was
defined to the wrong value!

It does matter to me, but I'm not sure I'm willing to make
the changes in so many places.
