[Bug-cpio] Short option for '--quiet'? |

Currently GNU cpio only has a long option to suppress printing of the
number of blocks copied ('--quiet') but no short option (say: 'q').
There are short options for most (but not all) options to cpio. It seems
to be an almost trivial amount of work to add a short option for
'--quiet'. At least I managed to do so by editing just a few lines of
code. I realise this hardly qualifies as a bug - it's just a minor
annoyance - but still I wonder why there's no short option for
'--quiet'.
Could someone please shed some light on this not so important matter?
