cvs diff for binaries - enhancement request

I think it would be really nice if cvs diff could diff binary files with 
a special option. When it applies these diffs, it would just replace the 
binary file (not change lines in it :)

It really sucks that you have to diff up the text and then include the 
binaries seperately.
