When you do "cvs commit" for a file and it brings up your editor,
the first line of the file is "CVS:". In the past (version 1.11), that was
a blank line. I think it should be a blank line.
>How-To-Repeat:
"cvs commit filename" with version 1.11p1
>Fix:
Point rcsinfo to a file with a blank line in it (very messy) and causes
problems if not all your clients are using the same version (i.e. 1.11 clients
will get two blank lines)
