Ok, thanks for letting me know this, I had no way of knowing
that the changes were innocuous as far as data loss is concerned.
I just assumed that there were a lot of changes, based on various
bits of input.
I am very happy to hear that data integrity loss is not being
introduced in the current change regimen.
BTW, on the subject of file sizes, I compiled cvs 1.10 and
1.11.x at the same time, about 3 months ago. I just used the
default options on both. 700k for cvs 1.10 vs 2.3 meg for
cvs 1.11.x. I will run "size" on them tomorrow.
