Hey Larry,How do you feel about detecting case-insensitivity of the build filesystem at configure time to set FILENAMES_CASE_INSENSITIVE? I don't think that it will be as common a case that there will be mixed sensitive and insensitive filesystems as was the case with detecting timestamp granularity.
