More than likely he did. It (the multiple cvs edit thing) was one of
the
issues Noel and I discussed way back. The bug also exists even without
branches. the basic issue is stock cvs only supports tracking one edit
per user at a time.

Assuming my schedule keeps looking good, I think I have managed to
commit
time to cvs again, so I'll see if I can take a crack at it.
