When cvs version 1.11.5-1 is run against a CVS-NT repo, the response is:
cvs [update aborted]: unrecognized auth response from emg.uwaterloo.ca: cvs
authserver: E
/CVSROOT/config: Invalid argument
Using cvs 1.11 everthing is fine.

Update a repo from CVS-NT

Rollback to an older CVS executable.
