I would have to guess that either the anonymous repository is actually a 
mirror of the real one and only updated periodically, or that your 
anonymous checkout accidentally found a workspace which was already 
checked out and contained sticky tags.

Either fix your workspace or take it up with the administrator of your 
repository.
