Suggestion for checkout by date example in the manual

In the manual, in section A.7.2 checkout examples

I recommend that another example be included: 


     Get a copy of the module `tc' as it looked on a specific date: 

       $ cvs checkout -D "2002/02/04 8:00" tc


The reason for this suggestion is that there is no other example of how to
format a date when requesting a checkout by date.
