Updated CVS to 1.11.16-1. Script broke because cvs did not like cvs -l
option even though it is still in the man page.

For some reason I don't seem to be being subscribed to bug-cvs so this may
not get through to that list... unless the list server is just really,
really slow at processing subscriptions. The web interface told me it
subscribed me but there is no confirmation or welcome message to prove it.
