Hi. In my new cvs configuration I want to use the password server option. I
have done this:
1- Edit the /et/services for add th cvspserver port (2041)
2- Edit the /etc/inetd.conf for add this cvspserver stream tcp nowait root \
/usr/local/bin/cvs cvs --allow-root=/home/myuser/cvs pserver (in one line)
and restarted inetd.
3- Copy the /etc/shadow file to CVSROOT/passwd and I edited by this way
rafael:lzSiDBiYryKG.
george:ofAOT5DBiBwLw
4- From a client = cvs -d :pserver:rafael@10.2.2.250:/home/myuser/cvs login
but this message i get: Server configuration missing --allow-root in
inetd.conf
I don't know what is bad. I hope someone help me please.
Regards.
