This list focuses primarily on the GNU implementation of CVS. You'll
probably get more knowledgeable answers on a mail list that focuses on
CVSNT.

This could be a client issue - again, check on a mail list that specializes
in the client you're using (neither CVSNT nor GNU CVS know anything about
"clicks" :=)
