Summary: DDD 3.2.1 build error using Lesstif v2,0.89.9

Details:  In trying to build DDD V3.2.1 using Lesstif V2 Rev. 0.89.9 the 
following error was returned: 
 SpinBox.o: In function `CreateSpinBox(_WidgetRec *, char *, Arg *,unsigned 
int)':/ddd-3.2.1/ddd/SpinBox.C:184: undefined reference to `XmCreateSpinBox' 
 SourceView.o: In function 
`SourceView::update_properties_panel(BreakpointPropertiesInfo 
*)':/ddd-3.2.1/ddd/SourceView.C:5787: undefined reference to 
`xmSpinBoxWidgetClass' 
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status 
make[1]: *** [ddd-3.2.1-i486-pc-linux-gnu] Error 1 
make: *** [all] Error 1 

 I have the generic Lesstif install but cannot find the referenced code for 
XmCreateSpinBox or xmSpinBoxWidgetClass. 
 I am obviously missing something. If what I perceive is happening, how do I 
locate the needed sources.
