On OpenSUSE 15.5 and 15.6, ddd does not build, if libXaw development is not
installed.
The document doc/INSTALL says that X Athena Widgets are recommended, not
obligatory. 
DDD apparently uses Athena Panner (maybe it is not necessary, since Motif has
its own panner widget), and compilation fails without it.
