It seems the logfile was not correctly saved. Did the computer crash at 
the wrong moment? Is the disc full? (A logfile with more than a million 
lines is quite big).

You may try to fix the logfile with a text editor. Try removing the last 
line if it is incomplete.

It does not have an option to read backwards because it automatically 
reads backwards when needed.
