[Bug-ddrescue] Filling empty spots with files?

Hi,

I'm currently rescueing an 180gb partition of a 500gb drive. I have
around 500mb of errors, and I'd like to know if it's possible to fill
un-rescued bits with existing backups of my files.

The partition is HFX+, and the filetable should be ok. Should I fsck
the partition, and see what files were incomplete?
I'm kind of stuck here.
