This is on Windows XP HE SP3
For some reason ddrescue is unable to automatically determine drive size
on at least some Macs and some Windozes. It seems the lseek function
does not work as expected. So you'll have to use the -s option:
`-s BYTES'
`--max-size=BYTES'
Maximum size of the input data to be copied, in bytes. If ddrescue
can't determine the size of the input device, you may need to
specify it with this option.
