[Bug-ddrescue] ddrescue recognizes wrong hard drive size |

Hello,
My 1 TB external hard drive isnt recognized by Windows anymore. Thats
why I wanted to rescue my data with ddrescue in Linux (Ubuntu). But I
have a problem. Testdisk and also ddrescue recognizes my 1 TB hard
drive as 2 TB. In testdisk i can change the number of cylinders and it
can recognize it as 1 TB hard drive.
I wanted to ask you, if I should use ddrescue and try to rescue my
data, although ddrescue recognizes it as 2 TB hard drive. Is it a big
problem, that ddrescue recognizes the hard drive as 2 TB (doubleb
size)? And which options of ddrescue are the best for rescuing the
data on my hard drive.
Thanks
Sincerely
Tansu Özel
