[Bug-ddrescue] How to read a data rescue image

Dear Sir or Madam,
I used DDRescue on a flash drive that crashed after I removed it from a desktop.  I have a copy of Hiren's Boot CD 15.1 with your program on it.  It made a copy of the image of the flash drive (8 
GB), but when I tried to use Daemon Tools to read the image, no go.  Can you recommend a program that will allow me to read me the image and /or extra the data that I need from the image.  Thank you very much.
