Hello,
I'm trying to use ln -s on files or directories on my X86 NT4.0sp6a NTFS
partition and I always see:
symbolic links are not supported on this system
I read on the web site, that symbolic links required NT, which I have.
Also, it said NTFS required for hard links. I tried the hardlinks and they
work fine.
So, am I doing something wrong? Even ln -s with nothing after it generates
the error message. I'm typing something like
d:\eraseme\test\>ln -s test1.txt test2.txt
where test1.txt exists, test2.txt does not.
Thanks,
Jon
