Hi,
"NC" means Non-Commercial and is hence *not* compatible with a free
software / open source project. GNU/Linux distro work on both
commercial and non-commercial situations.
Have a look at README_REPLACEMENTS.txt for examples of licences we
included in the past.
The song is already available on youtube as BY-CC, so we can use it
under that license.
