[Bug-gcal] gcal, -K and --iso-week-number

Hi!

gcal: The Gregorian calendar program (GNU cal) 3.6.1

gcal --iso-week-number=yes 8 2013

does not work, displays (on FreeBSD):

     August 2013
 Su Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa
              1  2  3
  4  5  6  7  8  9 10
 11 12 13 14 15 16 17
 18 19 20 21 22 23 24
 25 26 27 28 29 30 31

gcal -K 8 2013 works:

     August 2013
 Su Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa CW
              1  2  3 30
  4  5  6  7  8  9 10 31
 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 32
 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 33
 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 34
                        
but the week numbers are wrong, according to

and the relevant ISO standard they should be:

     August 2013
 Su Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa CW
              1  2  3 31
  4  5  6  7  8  9 10 32
 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 33
 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 34
 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 35

At least that is how printed on many calenders in Germany.

On FreeBSD,

ncal -w 8 2013

works (but displays it in some other fashion):

 ncal -w 8 2013 
    August 2013
Mo     5 12 19 26
Tu     6 13 20 27
We     7 14 21 28
Th  1  8 15 22 29
Fr  2  9 16 23 30
