[Bug-gcal] [GCAL] Wrong abbreviation for monthname march (DE_*)

Hello,

gcal 3.6 shows a wrong abbreviation for month march, which is März for
DE_*. The name is shortend to "Mä" it should be "Mrz".

Example:
gcal -qDE_HE -N 2016:

Ostersonntag (DE_HE)                     + So,  27 Mä 2016
Ostermontag (DE_HE)                      + Mo,  28 Mä 2016
