[Bug-gcal] Moi Day Kenya holiday suppressed

Hello there

I am reporting not a bug but a little imprecision.

When i do 'gcal -q KE -n 2017'

in the Eternal holiday list still there Noi Day (KE)   + Tue, Oct  10th 2017 =  +83 days

This is typo is not Noi but is Moi day, but:

Moi Day was a public holiday in Kenya. Celebrated on October 10, it honored former Kenyan President Daniel Moi.

Following the promulgation of the Constitution of Kenya in August 2010, Moi Day was removed from the list of Kenyan national holidays.
