Thanks, applied the patch with a slight modification.

It is merely needed to distinguish user-supplied *.its files, which
shall be installed in /usr/share/gettext/its, from our own.
This is analogous to the use of /usr/share/aclocal-VERSION in Automake
or /usr/share/vala-VERSION/vapi in Vala.
