Details:

In https://l10n.gnome.org/vertimus/gnome-characters/gnome-3-20/po/zh_CN,
msgfmt complains about the `%1$s' format, which is appearently supported by
gjs -- https://github.com/GNOME/gjs/blob/GJS_1_43_3/modules/format.js shows
pos-matching regex and corresponding actions.

This might also cause trouble for translators translating for projects using
[Jed] and 'sprintf' implementations in npm.

A separate format may be needed for compatibility with these old formatters
though.
