Hey all,
Thanks for all these years of maintaining gettext! I'm currently
working with mquinson, the po4a maintainer, on making the whole
translation experience with Markdown documents work well. This is
specifically based on f-droid.org, but widely applicable.
One question that came up that we could not find the answer to:
* Is it valid and recommended to set the Language: header in the .pot file?
For f-droid.org, we want to set it to "Language: en_US" so it is clear
that the source strings are using American spelling. Some translators
submit corrections to the source strings, so this information is
important when considering spelling.
