I tried the primes example from section 7 in
http://www.jwdt.com/~paysan/httpd-en.html (renaming prim? to my-prim?).
Initial debugging shows that httpd.fs gets as far as the "included" in word
shtml but words in any such file aren't executed, the "included" never
finishes, and there's no crash report.
This is on Mac OS X with xinetd, but it doesn't matter as I can reproduce by
running httpd.fs from the command line and entering "GET /example.shtml
HTTP/1.0<cr><cr>".
