I've done a djgpp port of GLOBAL 4.0.1 (similar to Shankar's, but
better :) ).
The patches are available from:
http://www.geocities.com/jadoxa/global/glo401dj.zip.
In addition to djgpp, it also corrects a couple of spelling mistakes and
adds exclusion support to gtags: "gtags -x unwanted_dir/,unwanted.file".
The file "djgpp/changes.txt" within the above archive explains all the
changes. The main site also has preconfigured source and precompiled
binaries.
