Let's change subject

Hi all,
In mail archive, a same subject might continue though the argument
has already changed often. It is inconvenient when referring.
I think that the argument concering RFC and the argument concering
bug should be distinguished by subject.

Though I was using same subject always applying 'Re:' to the head,
I started the effort to changing subject now like this mail. :)

Please cooperate.
