BUG: automatic skip of files from filelist

Hi,

I use gtags -f myfilelist and was surprised, that some of the files didn't get 
scanned. A line like
/project/.dotdir/file.c
is skipped because of the dot in the directory name. So I don't see a way how I 
could include this source directory.
I think, with the "-f" option only user defined skip rules should be applied.
