Feature request: allow running gtags from anywhere when -f contains abso

Today, the command:

   gtags -f list_of_files  path_to_database
must be run from the project directory even if list_of_files contains absolute path.
Please consider allowing above command to be run from anywhere when list_of_files contains absolute path.
