Trying to update global 6.3.3 for macports, I found that there is an
attempt in 'gozilla' to create a directory outside of the DESTDIR in the
'install-data-hook' section of making:
mkdir -p /opt/local/var/gtags
mkdir: /opt/local/var/gtags: Operation not permitted
