I think we will need some guidelines on making titles, not to restrict 
people, but rather to get a uniform style.

For instance regarding names, should titles be,

Surname, Forename (as is traditional in encyclopediae), or
Forename Surname

Having a uniform style would probably help everyone. I think that 
once we have a basic styles decided we should make mailing lists 
which people could use if they need help in writing style and also 
questions like "My articles about ........, but I'm not sure what to 
name it ?"
