I note the paragraph in the announcement,

"To ensure accuracy of translation, the author of the original should reserve 
the 
right to insist on corrections in a translation. A translator should perhaps 
have 
to give the original author a reasonable amount of time to do this, perhaps 
three 
months, before publishing the translation in the first place. After that, the 
translator should continue to make corrections at the author's request, 
whenever the author asks for them. "

Appears to contradict the GFDL.
