Just went there. Looks very nice.

Note that the list of languages on my site was not complete.

As far as the look and feel, it looks right to me.

On the membership page, we could ask for the nickname, meaning the name GNE 
will use to address the author.

For example, Robert Smith might use Bob as his nickname.

Also in the membership, we should look at having the suffix of the name, as 
Mr, John Handcock, Jr, or PH D, that sort of thing.
Also, we probably want to capture the preferred language of the author.
